Step 1: Inspection - We inspect all areas with special lighting to identify problem areas.

Step 2: Vacuum - Up to 85% of soil removed with our commercial vacuum, often ignored by other cleaners.

Step 3: Spot Treatment - All spots pre-treated with the correct agents and tools.

Step 4: Pre-Spray - A pre-spray specifically for your carpet is applied at over 200 degrees to break down soil and stains.

Step 5: Agitation - Our special tool restores carpet pile and releases soil from fibers.

Step 6: Extraction - A neutral PH rinsing agent, heated up to 50 degrees hotter than other equipment, removes soil, stains, and pre-spray solution.

Step 7: Dry Pass - We vacuum the carpet to remove remaining moisture with our powerful Everest 870 vacuum.
